Refund policy

These terms apply to templates bought from this site. The shop is not open for orders yet, and a solicitor is reviewing this page before it opens, so some wording will change. It is published now so you can read it before you ever have to rely on it.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our templates come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. They must work, and they must match how we describe them. If they don't, you're entitled to a replacement or a refund.

We'll fix it or refund you if

• a file won't download or won't open in Microsoft Word
• a file is damaged, incomplete or missing pages
• what you got is materially different from what the product page described
• you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount

Email hello@dongadocs.com.au within 30 days with your order number and what's wrong. We'll send a working file or refund you to your original payment method.

Change of mind

Templates are digital downloads, and you keep a copy once you've downloaded them. So we don't give refunds if you change your mind, buy the wrong template, or find you don't need it. This doesn't affect your rights above.

Bought the wrong one?

If you email within 7 days and haven't used the template, we may swap it for another one of the same price. This is at our discretion.
